All the staff cannot communicate well in english thats the reason why my orders always mess up!!!!!!!!!! even the manger is useless!!!!!! afetr waiting for 1hr ,you'll got a wrong order they will offer to change it and let you wait for another hour, extremely annoying!

extremely poor & rude Customer Service, Never listen the complete order and then argue backs if brings wrong order. Sends order after 1 hour or 2 hour in the same building always in a rush and food is also not that tasty

If there is a negative star I will give them 1000 negative stars. Their food is good but the service and hospitality is very bad. They don't have proper hygiene and all staffs sucks. Cannot even speak english properly so everytime you want to complain why the delivery will take for about 1hour at the same building order only, the delivery boy will only say "I don't know talk to the shop cause I am for delivery". All in all their service sucks. This kind of restaurant should not be operating here at Dubai. One time I asked the cashier who is the operator also, "Why everytime I will call to follow up the order you will tell only 2min, so you are lying?" And then he said " I am always lying " with a sarcastic laugh voice. This restaurant should be closed because of their bad and unethical service.

I placed an order over the phone at around 11 in the morning but it was already 1:30 in the afternoon and I still haven't received it. I tried to call their 2 phone numbers many times but the lines are both busy. I realized they left the phones un-hang because they knew that I'm going to call them back.

You must try Indian food, some of the food is very tasty. Love the fried rice.
