Always great service from the staff. However, the past 2 years they have had issues with their AC in the middle of summer.

it's Starbucks. Nice spot, but it can be a bit hot inside during the summer. They either have a problem with their a/c or they don't like using it.

Coffee and food are good. But they are not bothered to make customers feel comfortable - the AC is out of order for very long time and it looks like they are not concerned. Stopped going there.
