I am extremely disappointed that VFS Global uses this delivery service for their clients. I did not request or pay for any courier service. I clearly informed VFS in advance that I would pick up my passport myself from their office. Yet they still arranged a courier delivery without my consent. And now it turns out that my passport has been lost. How can anyone be so careless with such important documents?! There is no customer support, no attempt to investigate anything. I was simply told: “Your passport has been delivered.” Delivered to whom? To where? They sent my passport to a completely different, unknown address, handed it to a random person, without even checking their name or ID, and without taking a signature. How is this even possible?! It’s a passport! Now I have to deal with this myself, trying to find out where and to whom my documents were delivered. I am in complete shock at this service. I do not recommend them to anyone. Their numerous negative reviews are clearly well-deserved

I never write a review, but this requires a special attention =((( I was expecting my passport from VSF Global delivered by Team Express Services LLC. On Thusday 16 October I received a message: "Processed application reference number AUT/DXB/061025/0003/01 has being dispatched via courier on 16/10/2025". Since then till Monday noone was even contacting me. On Monday 20th evening someone called said that my passport will be delivered the first next morning, i.e. on Tuesday 21 October. On Tuesday nobody called me at the morning or afternoon. I called them myself asking for a courier number. They refused to give it to me saying that the courier will call me back. In an hour, of corse, nobody called. I called there again asking when my passport will be delivered and asking for a courier number. They did not give me the number and did not specify the time of the delivery. Just said "wait we will call you back" without specifying when. This is an absolutely terrible service I will never use it again and I do not recommend anyone to use it. Next time I will pick up my delivery myself. It will be a week faster!
