Please stay away from this company. This company is like non existant to its tenants. We dealt with this company and there is zero maintenance. Even after contacting they will always delay. We contact them 10 times by call and email and later on they will come with mobile and takea the photo and leave. Again they will take 1 week to fix the issue and if there is weekend then they will give excuse of that. Moreover, they dont call their tenants before coming and when we are not at home again this contact process is repeated. Stay away from their properties.

Please excuse my language, but dealing with this company was by far the most horrid experience ive had dealing with any agency in Dubai. The staff really have the lowest character, they are money hungry and have zero interest in keeping their customers happy. I would really avoid using them
