I was staying at al jawahar building unit 303 khaleed bin Waleed road adjacent to Howard Johnson hotel burdubai for 2 years and vacated unit on 05th July but till date my security deposit amount is not refunded. I have sent so many emails, phone calls and what's app message but in vain. This is not fair.y security deposit amount is 2750 Aed and 1333 aed is due on rent but balance amount to be paid back. Even if some cleaning or painting needs to be done amount can be deducted but till date no reply. This is not acceptable. If anyone can help me, please do the needful.
