Feedback on Customer Service Experience at Nesto Garment Section Dear Nesto Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I experienced in the garment section on the first floor. Unfortunately, the staff member's behavior was unacceptable, and my friend was verbally abused during our visit. This incident was unexpected from a reputable brand like Nesto. I reported the incident to the supervisor on duty, but I am concerned that the staff may not receive adequate guidance to improve their customer service skills. As a brand, Nesto should prioritize providing excellent customer service, especially in a retail setting. I kindly request that you consider providing training to your staff on proper customer service etiquette. This would help ensure that customers receive the respect and assistance they deserve.
