Terrible Service and Unresponsive Team I paid Virtuzone thousands of dirhams to handle my business setup, but after requesting to terminate the contract and receive an NOC to work directly with SHAMS Freezone, they completely ignored me. Calls were never answered, and Rahul Bhatia, the relationship agent, was rude and unhelpful. They’ve shown zero professionalism and refuse to fulfill their obligations. Highly disappointing and a waste of money. Avoid at all costs.

Big Regret – Don’t Waste Your Time or Money I honestly regret working with Virtuzone. In the beginning, everything seemed great – they have a nice office and were really friendly. But once we signed the contract and paid, everything changed. I’ve asked multiple times for an NOC so we can move forward with SHAMS Freezone, but they just ignore me. Jureyn Sison keeps telling me “it’s under process,” but nothing ever happens. And Rahul Bhatia? He stopped answering my calls completely. It’s beyond frustrating. I’ve wasted so much money and time, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
