Such great support and transparency. The individuals working there are working with a smile and an amazing positivity. I had left my passport since Nov 20th 2025 though I have got my approval and today is April 9tg 2026 since then they been trying to reach out to be through direct calls, email so that I know that it’s not lost just ready for pick up since Nov 23th 2025.
