This is the most disgusting attitude towards the residents of the Diamond View 3 house. They don't do any cleaning, all the air conditioners are broken and the drainage system is leaking everywhere under the ceiling in the hallway, the garbage rooms are very dirty and the door handles are broken, there are a lot of cockroaches. There are no light bulbs in the elevators. The doors to the entrances are always open and air conditioning is on. Zenboxes are used by staff to store personal items and food. It’s as if the head office has no control over what happens in the houses.
