Scam Artist's!! They sell defective laptops. Fix up some used laptop with horrible craftsmanship and if you ever get back to them, they are rude and won't fix it for you. They are confident in selling defective units cause no matter where you complain it wont get resolved! BY ALL MEANS AVOID THIS SHOP!!! They will cheat you. Check out the attached pic of the Hard drive mounted on the motherboard using cello tape!!! Their warranty is useless and they wont fix but just return the device back.

If I could, I'd give them a 0 star rating. My experience with them has been horrible. They completely destroyed my Macbook Pro and behaved horribly with me. They even threatened to get in a physical fight with my younger brother. I wish there was something I could do to get back the AED 7000 worth of damages they've caused for me

I had the same experience as Prashant. The guy didnt look like he had any clue about my laptop once he opened it. Did the work saying he is a professional and spoiled my closing lid. When i went the next day asking them to correct their mistake, they were rude and said that they will do it when i bring the laptop to them for service the next time. so basically they want me to pay them for spoiling my laptop. AVOID GUYS. Im also planning of posting a complaint with the DED. Such cheaters should not be left alone.

Don't ever buy anything from this store. They are a bunch of cheaters, the items they are selling are refurbished and damaged, but they are claiming it's brand new. The item I got is defective and they refused to refund. Don't ever buy from this store.

This place is a complete scam. Spolit my entire laptop snd refuse to pay for damages. Very poor customer service. Have no respect to talk to customers
