I visited the Dubai Islamic Bank branch inside Barsha Mall today. The official closing time was 3:00 PM, and I arrived about 20 minutes before closing, but the staff told me the bank was already closed and refused to assist me. I also needed to deposit cash using the deposit machines. There were two machines available, but one of them had been out of order. I know this because I also visited the same branch four days ago and the same machine was already not working at that time. The second machine was being used by a customer who did not seem to know how to complete the deposit and kept removing and inserting the cash repeatedly for almost 20 minutes while several people, including myself, were waiting. There was a security guard standing nearby, so I politely asked him if he could help the customer so the line could move faster, but he refused and said it was not his job. It was frustrating because the situation was clearly visible and no staff member came to assist. The branch management should ensure that deposit machines are maintained and working properly, especially in a busy location, and that customers are not left waiting for long periods without assistance.

I visited the DIB Al Bashar Mall branch this morning and was quite disappointed with the service I received at Counter No. 3. The staff member was impatient, didn’t listen carefully, and kept repeating the same questions instead of properly understanding my issue. I felt the interaction was unprofessional and lacked the basic courtesy expected in customer service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training for handling customer concerns with patience and respect. زرتُ فرع بنك دبي الإسلامي في مجمع البشر هذا الصباح، وشعرتُ بخيبة أمل كبيرة من الخدمة التي تلقيتها عند الكاونتر رقم 3. كان الموظف قليل الصبر، ولم يُنصت جيدًا، وظل يُكرر نفس الأسئلة بدلًا من فهم مشكلتي جيدًا. شعرتُ أن التعامل كان غير احترافي، وافتقر إلى أدنى درجات اللباقة المطلوبة في خدمة العملاء. آمل أن تأخذ الإدارة هذه الملاحظات على محمل الجد، وأن تُقدم تدريبًا أفضل للتعامل مع استفسارات العملاء بصبر واحترام.

This is very b**** bank I have my salary account in this bank for last two years but I have never seen it opened and every time I have opened it is bad service please try another bank
