We booked the appointment and visited reception she gave me token and waited for our turn almost 2 hours still our number not called we asked the receptionist and she told doctor not there , you have to wait or come other day - poor customer service and doctor left in front of us , what is the purpose of giving appointment to wait 2 hours still vaccination not done- poor customer service and never expect respect - rude behavior customer service

Rude attitude of lady receptionist in right side window. Seems like she don’t love what she’s doin. But two lady Indian nurse is very helpful and very accommodating.
