Very bad customer service… we with our parents went to their Rashidhya branch and was treated very badly by the receptionist there… they said there were no seat and asked us to wait for one and half hrs after telling us over the phone that it’s a first come first serve basis, While they were allowing local emiraties and other nationalities to enter… probably coz we were Just Indians…. Me, my kids and my parents felt very bad and never expected this kind of treatment from our Indian brothers… we felt so offended as though we were not fit enough to enter the place .. who r these people to judge who we are … extremely bad experience in all my stay here in Dubai for the past 42 yrs… their other branches r very good and have a great respect to their customers…
