My girlfriend signed a contract with them to rent a place 4 months ago, during then we have agreed to a rental of 37000, however upon signing the agreement and living at the place, we realise it was infested with cockroaches. We have since called for pest control services at our own expense as they would not help us despite calling them again and again. After the pest control, the cockroach reappear again. Just when we thought the nightmare is over, today the water heater pipe burst and leak in the roof of the apartment. Once again we tried calling them but they blocked our number after several calls. It seems like we will have to fix the water heater ourself. This agency is very irresponsible, once signing contract with them, they will not reply to any mails, they will not pick up any calls and they will not take care of any of the maintenance issue which is suppose to be their responsibility as stated in contract. Stay away if possible.
