DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER AS I CAN SEE PREVIOUS REVIEWS, EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT RUDE AND INCIDENTAL STAFF (IN THIS CASE MANAGER) AND I NEED TO TELL THAT'S TRUE. The manager is totally unprofessional and he's not treating his customers right!!! I'm sad because I'm writing this, but instead of feeling friendly and comfortable, I feel tense when the manager is there. Today there was an incident with him and one lady, she was polite and he was yelling and it was not nice from his side to treat her like that. Because this is not the first time that he's acting like that I'll never ever go there again, I'm so so so disappointed :( If you don't change the way you treat your customers you will lose a lot more of regular ones.
