Very bad costumer service.i am waiting for my covid test report.i missed a call from them after that i am trying to reach them and this is another day but still nobody is reachable.i even tried to call center so i can reach costumer service from muteena even its unreachable.only to know the report i am trying it from yesterday.they even have my number and email id isn't it more easier and appropriate to mail them my report????
