I put 5 stars because staff are really hardworking. Yes, it's true a lot of time you should spend before coming inside of the doctor's room. I had poor insurance, and this polyclinic accepted it. I appreciate it. The doctors are ok, I didn't like one man who didn't give me a sick leave, but other woman-doctor she gave it to me for 3 days. To be honest, if I have better insurance, I would go to a better place. But since I had poor insurance this polyclinic is the best

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY NEED TRAINING . I called on their hotline on April 27 in the morning and spoke with a guy. I asked if what time will the GP be available and he informed me to come before 7pm. I went there straight from work at 5:30pm and the lady in the reception informed me that the GP will be available after 7pm only. I asked if she can register me then I’ll come back at 7pm but she refused. There’s another patient next to me who came late but she assisted and took the Emirates ID to register, obviously prioritizing people who’s the same with her nationality. VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST! I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER COMEBACK!
