I would like to formally report an unpleasant customer service experience we encountered today at approximately 6:30 PM. The lady on duty at that time demonstrated poor customer service. She did not greet us upon arrival and failed to assist us with basic courtesy and respect. Her attitude appeared unprofessional, and she seemed uninterested and unwilling to assist any customers. This experience was disappointing and does not reflect the level of service customers expect. I hope this concern will be addressed accordingly to ensure better service moving forward. Thank you for your attention.
