Stay away from this company. If something goes wrong they will treat you like nothing. Here is my experience..... Maid called FLORA, was booked for 5 hrs. I asked her to start from ironing. I offered her food and drinks, treated her very nicely. At some point me and my husband had to leave the house due to urgent, unexpected circumstances. When I gave her 200 dhr she said she had no change and I left that 50 dhr as a tip. When we came home, we realized that 1 expensive wine glass is missing, we assumed that she broke it but I didn’t want to complain regarding this matter, since we are all human and it can happen. Week later my husband took one of his polo shirt and realized it’s burned . That’s when I decided to call to their office, what touched me the most is not the fact of all this ruined items but the fact that FLORA never told us about this things. When I called first time, lady on the phone was very unprofessional, called me back 3 times asking about details which was given to her already, on top raising her voice at me. After 2 days I had no response. On a third day I called back ( Friday) and they promised to call back tmrw , which they did. But listen to their response: we spoke with FLORA and she told us that she doesn’t know anything about broken and burned items. Our policy says that you have to report any incidents within 24 hrs. I told them that I didn’t want to make big deal out of glass but burned clothes is too much, however we couldn’t report this within 24 hours coz my husband doesn’t wear 300 polos a day. Lady on the phone still insisted that I am wrong and FLORA had nothing to do with this. Please don’t even think to use their maid service. It is absolutely horrible, but customer service even worst. Never again!!!!! I promised that I will share my experience on every social media I can , so more ppl will not be treated like I was .
