I have came to zDegree al quoz to change the tires, within 10 minutes we have agreed on the tyres brand and price as I have already knew what I want by going through the website earlier, the guy asked for the cars location in the garage and the keys, the guy left and came back, I assumed they are working on replacing the tires and doing the alignment. After 45 minutes I asked for the car, they said they needed 2 hours, I was surprised, I said I cannot wait that long since I have other obligations, they insisted that they wil start working on it, I drove the car myself and put it on the jack, 45 min later I went to check the car I found they have just started fixing the tires to the rims, the guys were working on other cars then why would you tell me to put it on the jack and that my car is the next car, totally unacceptable, I requested to stop the fixation and put my tires back, I asked for the manager, they said he's out but he will call you later, now I'm waiting for my car to go to another place to fix new tires, they have wasted 2.5 hours of my time and will not be able to go to tasjeel to renew the car's registration today. Very unprofessional
