They are sometimes irresponsible when it comes to timing they give you the schedule in a time where you are unable to finish everything in less than a 3 month period And their financial situation is full of problems and cheaters they have from me 54 dirhams and then they give me the excuse that I don’t have although it showed to them they were like it’s not our problem I can go and write a letter to the it or to the management and their management are supportive to help me but their finance wants to take as much as he can in his pocket for it and wait for at least 1-3 more days to get back to me so I had enough of it If you are okay with this headache but want a cheap price then go for it But if you have some little more money I would suggest to avoid it at all cost no matter what

Title: Highly Unsafe Experience at Galadari Driving Institute Review: My experience at Galadari Driving Institute was highly disappointing and concerning. During my final road test class, I encountered an extremely unsafe situation that compromised my safety and that of others. The assigned instructor was caught sleeping in the car, and I have photographic evidence to support this claim. This level of unprofessionalism is deeply alarming. Safety should be the top priority in any driving institute, but Galadari Driving Institute failed to uphold this essential principle. The instructor's negligence increased the risk of accidents and harm to innocent individuals. It is disheartening that an institute responsible for teaching safe driving practices allowed such a hazardous situation to occur. The institute's response to the incident was unsatisfactory. They only provided a partial refund for a single hour of the class, showing a lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction. This further adds to the disappointment. Prospective customers should exercise caution when considering Galadari Driving Institute. The safety lapses and unprofessional conduct I experienced there indicate a flawed system. I strongly recommend exploring other reputable driving institutes that prioritize safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, I want to highlight another concerning incident. When I asked the instructor to speak louder, he responded by physically touching my ear and raising his voice aggressively. This behavior violated boundaries and left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Galadari Driving Institute must address this matter seriously, conduct a thorough investigation, and implement measures to prevent such incidents in the future. Students deserve a learning environment that promotes respect and professionalism.

1. The exams do not start on time, they ask to come in half an hour and the examiner is late for another +10/15 minutes. 2. I do not agree with the results of the exam 50%. 3. The examiner shout at me at the beginning of the exam, so I was unable to concentrate on the exam. He brought me to stress at the very beginning of the exam. He was nervous and unbalanced. Can't talk to students. Didn't say his name or explain the whole exam plan. When I got into the car, he said "to the left", but I had not even left the parking lot, when I started to leave the parking lot, he shout at me and confused me where to go. It doesn’t smell good, it’s not comfortable to be in the same car. Cars very old and dirty. My advice for him: First you need to teach him how to talk with students, study human psychology. I had to call and write to the school to get my lesson back, which they canceled. said only three weeks later. 5. Once I paid for my last two lessons, three weeks in advance, and they forgot to enroll me. when I saw messages that one day was not on my schedule, I started calling the school. Again stress. 6. online theory tests do not work, they always freeze. 7. I had 6 driving teachers in 10 days. one of the teachers was 15 minutes late, but i payid for my lessons, for my minutes !!!! 8. You can book driving only after 2-3 weeks in the coming days.
