Scammers!!! Worst nightmare ever! False advertisement They will ruin your event and the surprise! False advertisement that they provide service within 1 hour. We have ordered balloons for birthday surprise! We booked the slot delivery time between 23:00 - 00:00. I payed 800 aed for nothing! They ruined the whole surprise and I had to spend past 3 hours in stress and on my phone. - impossible to reach call center. I have stayed on line for 15 minutes 5 times in order to talk them. - first time when I spoke to call center they said that they will deliver before 00:00 and promised me that everything will be on time. - second time I called was 23:30 again waited on line for 15 minutes. They said they are sorry but they can only deliver at 00:30 and finish set up at 1:00. Which doesn’t work for me because we wanted to make surprise at 00:00 - call center guy promised to call me back and tell me exact time when they will come! Never called back. - in the address we mentioned Royal Atlantis They came to different hotel Old Atlantis. - 2 people came with balloons, they were walking very slowly, even after told them that you are late please follow me faster we don’t have time! They didn’t care they continued to walk slowly. - when they came to room they were not organized they did mess in room by dropping all stones on the floor. Talking rude to me when I asked them how long it will take. - call center employee did not even called me back to follow up! No customer service at all!!!!! - instead of spending time with family I had to experience stress and run after them! Starting from 22:45 ( my first call) until 00;48 until they finished their set up. What kind of service is this?Absolutely not client oriented!!! This whole time I had to spend so much time to call follow up stay on the line for minimum 15 minutes and not get any empathy from employees or even no any answer on my questions! Even call center !
