Terrible service. 9 people working in the store with about 8 people in queue and the staff are busy either chatting with each other or just giving you a ticket to wait. Shocking.

Rude management disrespectful supervisor no consumer rights impolite and racist . I’m very disappointed on how they treat people especially the supervisor. He refused to help and spoke to me with arrogance and superiority. Etisalat has the worst customer service I will never deal with them again
