I was sent parcel to INDIA lot of items was missing then I sent complaints by mail and phone calls but no action, not trustworthy service.

Not trustworthy, delayed my parcels for over 9 days and items missing. Staff and management are not professional, after much follow ups no response. Very upsetting and helpless as I am already in India and cannot take any legal actions.
