Is there a zero star rating anywhere? Most awful service. The cleaning ladies r still ok but the coordinator for the cleaning ladies Judleyn has awful attitude. No regards for customer service. Expects u to respond to her messages about changes in laid schedules within a minute. If u don’t respond she starts giving u missed calls like everyone has free time and can’t be busy elsewhere. She screams at you and makes u think it’s your fault if u complain about bad service from cleaning ladies or if u complain about why they sent new ladies to your house. Most awful attitude. Sent a new lady today and I had to vaccine and mop infront of that cleaning lady because of her awful cleaning. And this Judelyn still thinks it’s my fault that I let a new lady come in. Pathetic attitude. I don’t know why the company had hired someone like her who has zero regard for customer service and attitude. This company should seriously close down. Been getting service from a really nice cleaning lady from them but now will discontinue because of the attitude of this Judelyn! Will never recommend anyone to avail their service. Never!
