I went to purchase my mehar for my wedding — one of the most important and memorable occasions of my life. Instead of being treated with respect, I was shouted at in a very harsh and unnecessary manner by salesman Jimson. His behavior was not only rude but outright disgraceful and deeply insulting. Such hostility and unprofessionalism towards a customer is completely unacceptable. This is a shameful reflection on the store, and strict action must be taken immediately against him to ensure no other customer has to face such humiliation

The sales executive are very poor here. I have interacted with 3 of them and ended up buying worth 8k but they didn't even inform me about the ongoing promotions. I came to know once i step out of the shop. And they didn't keep brouchers or coupons inside the shop about this offer. Such a horrible experience and very lame excuses.
