#Al Khail Gate Community Center - #Blue Mart Hypermarket I have been a lcustomer of Blue Mart Hypermarket at Al Khail Gate Community Center for the past three years. However, my experience today evening was disappointing and unacceptable. I approached the express billing counter with only five items, including a water bottle. The male staff at the counter rudely informed me that I couldn’t bill at the express counter because I had a water bottle. Simultaneously, a female staff member added that I should have read the counter board, which apparently restricts billing for items like water bottles. This rule was neither communicated nor enforced in the past three years of my shopping experience. Despite my polite request to make an exception for the water bottle due to its weight, both staff members responded in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. The male staff even scanned one item before abruptly stopping and repeating that billing was not allowed, leaving me frustrated. To make matters worse, two cash counter supervisors present nearby failed to intervene or assist in resolving the situation. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I urge the management to train their staff on how to interact courteously with customers and handle such situations with empathy and professionalism. Rudeness and disrespect have no place in customer service, and incidents like these tarnish the reputation of your store. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address this issue and improve the overall shopping experience.
