The staff here were very rude and lacked good communication skills with customers. They also seemed to be taking advantage with their pricing. A man named Azad, who claims to be the manager, kept bragging about working at the shop for 10 years. But honestly, what’s the point of mentioning how long you’ve been in Dubai? It doesn’t justify the way customers are treated. He claims that he has the right to raise his voice or shout at customers, which is highly inappropriate and unprofessional behavior.
