Very disappointing online shopping experience with Pet Corner UAE. I placed an online order for dog and cat food, completed checkout, and paid successfully. My order showed “under processing.” The next day, I was informed that several items I had already paid for were out of stock. I was offered replacements, but I wasted a lot of time trying to find alternatives because almost everything shown as “available” on the website was also out of stock. This should not happen—if items are unavailable, the system should not allow checkout or payment. When I requested a refund, I was told that refunds are not offered, only wallet credit for future purchases. After such poor service, forcing customers to accept store credit is unacceptable. On top of this, Pet Corner charges a platform fee (separate from VAT), yet their platform fails to manage inventory accurately. The fee feels unjustified given the inconvenience, wasted time, and misleading stock availability. Overall: • Poor inventory management • Misleading product availability • No proper refund option • Wasted customer time • Extra fees with no clear value I hope Pet Corner improves their system and refund policy. I highly do not recommend ordering online from Pet Corner.
