Faites très attention ! De grand voleur. Très mauvaise expérience ils ont profité de notre naïveté et du fait que l'on soit nouveau à Dubaï. Ne rendent pas la caution, même avec toutes les preuves ils continuent de mentir et dire qu'on a cassé la voiture. À tout les frenchies et autres qui liront cet avis, faites vraiment très attention ! il y a un grand trafic pas claire sur les locations de voitures eux sont les 1er ! et je suis même surprise de voir qu'ils aient que des avis positifs gros lol !!!! Surtout qu'en allant regarder de plus près vous remarquerez que les avis sont fake ! En tout cas je ne vais pas vous lacher, les réseaux ça va très vite et il y a une justice je compte bien la faire valoir.

Beware of thieves ! They keep your deposit and you will never see your money back anymore. I have been tricked by all fake positive reviews. They have no faith and no mercy for honest customers. I'm not surprised to see that I'm not the only one being scammed by them. I will hunt them RELENTLESS till they refund me. Justice will come out, Allah is above everything.

The worst car rental company of Dubai. I use to rent cars in Dubai but it is the worst scammers I've ever met in my life. They will accuse you to have broken something in the car and they will make you pay for something you never did. They will do their best to keep your deposit. I swear they are thieves and liars. Don't be fooled by all the fake positive reviews, it is easy to see that they have paid fake positive reviews. I will return to Dubai only to bring them to justice. Never rent them anything, go to any other rental companies you will save your money.

At the very beginning they told me the deposit is just a pre-auth and the made me purchase the deposit! Today, 3 months later, I'm still waiting my deposit !

45 minutes ago The one star is strictly for the car only. I contacted MTN for a Mercedes AMG GTS around 3 weeks to confirm the vehicle was available for hire and they had confirmed it etc which was ok. Then the day I was going to hire the car out with my bro, they told me that the car hadn't come back and came out with all sorts of excuses and I was quite thrown back as I confirmed this 3 weeks ago. Anyways we decided to take the porche carrera 4s which was an amazing car ofc. However when we picked it up the guys came up with another excuse that the amg gts was in a car crash etc. I didnt think too.much of it at a time as I thought that it is what it is. Anyways after paying a deposit of 3500AED which was supposed to stay on hold, and taking and giving back the car that day , things just got worse. They took out the 3500aed from my credit card. And I told them that im gonna need that refunded. They agreed ofc over WhatsApp. They claimed to have sent the refund and send a pdf file which looked made up if im honest that they refunded me. 3 weeks later I still got no refund and afew days ago I kept asking the guy at mtn whats going on and if nothing happens I'm gonna take legal action. What happens? MTN blocks my number. I got no idea why MTN is getting angry at me for wanting MY MONEY back! Do not go to these guys ever! I still got no refund and I will update this review if I do get my refund. THE 1 STAR WAS FOR THE CAR, THIS SERVICE IS THE WORST. Also would like to point out im from the UK. Thank you for ruining my experience MTN ill make sure I can help as many people as possible and directing them further away from you unless anything changes off course. I'm talking to another MTN worker atm hopefully he will be truthful. Anyways let's see what happens. - Hashim Aziz. UPDATE 22JAN 2021. I thought the other person would help me but for some reason he has blocked me too. I have now contacted dubau tourist police.
