Couriers can be a significant waste of time, especially when there are minor discrepancies in names, even when supported by Emirates ID and other documents. Reaching customer service is challenging, and their assistance is often unhelpful. I coordinated with the bank and received a call from an Aramex representative who mentioned that the files have been updated. However, I am still facing the same issue. Given that Aramex is a large company, it's surprising that there is no centralized system for notes and information verification. Overall, this has been a terrible experience.

I've been trying to reach a human being on customer support for more than four hours. The delivery date is later than the date I selected when I paid for the delivery service, which is offered via a different entity with no choice as to which courier to use. Now there is no one to hold accountable and I'm starting to worry whether I'll even get my package.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Aramex. The service is unprofessional and completely disorganized. There is no clear coordination between the delivery hub and the drivers, leading to confusion and delays. The delivery personnel are untrained and fail to communicate properly; they often arrive without prior notice and don’t follow up on a scheduled delivery time. Despite multiple attempts, my package was never delivered, and when I contacted customer service, they insisted that I go to the delivery hub to pick it up myself, instead of ensuring it was delivered as promised. The lack of professionalism and poor customer support is unacceptable. I would not recommend Aramex for reliable delivery services.

OUTRAGEOUS and UNACCEPTABLE! ARAMEX shows a blatant disregard for basic customer service principles! There is clearly zero emphasis on customer satisfaction—only a relentless focus on taking customers' money and pushing parcels through, and that’s where their interest stops. After 10 years of dealing with recurring issues, I can confidently say this is no coincidence. Year after year, it’s been one agonizing ordeal after another just to get my packages delivered. Yesterday and today’s experience only reinforced this. ARAMEX, it’s high time you start hiring people who actually know how to serve customers—competent staff who value customer satisfaction, or prepare to keep facing dissatisfied customers!

Banks are requested not give them Business they are very tricky they give miss call and sends sms we tried reaching you and their IVR does not connects to any person too. My package is with aramex from past 5 days now and they are not calling me. Their drivers are complaining company does not provide mobile minutes to call customers so they have to depend on software calling numbers...

Very very hard to speak to anyone human. You're redirected to bots and when you choose an option on the phone then the phone is dropped on you. Automation gone wrong. So many phone numbers listed also which do not work. AWFUL Company as most have said. They're lucky they have a monopoly in the UAE because if any competition was allowed they would fold within a month.

Horrible, horrible customer service, to the degree that you cannot fathom how a company can be so bad. They will tire you to no end, make you repeat yourself over and over again, and at the end you will pay double what you'd pay elsewhere and you will receive your package weeks late--if you receive it at all. Please don't use this company. There's a reason why you're not allowed to leave a review on Google and all other spaces have such low ratings. Save yourself the trouble.

Worst delivery service. Delivery person didn't deliver the bank shipment and updated their system its delivered. How are they delivered banking shipment to other person. I will raise also complaint to police as they delivered the shipment to another person and denied to deliver to right person. No one responding my complaint just they updating your shipment delivered. They are cheater.

اسوء شركة شحن على الاطلاق وبدون منافس خدمات سيئه للغاية و لا يجيبون على الهاتف نهائيا وانما يصرون على تحويلك للنظام الالي . دائما يستقبلون عدد كبير من المكالمات . . .. . اذا كان عندكم كم هائل من المكالمات فهذا يعني انكم فريق خدمة ضعيف والكادر غير كافي مواعيدكم لا تحتوي اي نوع من المصداقيه ...... بتخلوني انتظر ولم تلتزم بالموعد وكان الناس ما عندها شغل غير انتظار الشحنة اهنئكم بانكم الأسوأ بدون منازع ولو كان هناك تقييم ادنى من الصفر لاستحق يتموه بجدارة اتنمى لكم الاسوء اذا كان هناك أسوأ من ذلك

Worst company ever !!!! So much complicated procedure and un professional staff, WORST WORST WORST WORST EVER!!! Go deal with DHL is a better way to do your shipping, DHL guarantee more better service and excellent accuracy on tracking, BEST DHL company rather than this unprofessional company, ARAMEX staff and service is ignorance , very very much NOT RECOMMENDED !! Please don’t do shipping with this company, trust me!

Customer service is horrible. Customer Service team have been changing my address few times and still didn't deliver my order. Waiting time on the phone is about 10 min. Avoid poor service - never use this courier.
