THE WORST SHOPPING AND HOSPITALITY EXPERIEBCE IN DUBAI with the worst staff you will ever meet! I had a very bad unforgettable experience at City Centre Shindaga because of the staff there ! The security staff and security manager WERE HORRIBLE AND disrespected me and they were very rude. I wasted 1 full hour in the mall because of security members ! I tried to make a complaint by meeting one of the managers , but there were no managers !! It's shame to be Majid Al futtaim property! I tried to make a complaint through email and customer service , they argued with me for 5 days then they do nothing with my compliant and it was ignored without any compensation ! JUST BE CAREFUL AND NEVER EVER GET TO THAT HORRIBLE PLACE !!
