On November 2, at 10 p.m I bought balloons for 115 aed. The saleswoman withdrew 141 aed from my card, at first I did not pay attention, then when recognized that it’s more than supposed to be, i’ve been asked her why I was withdrawn for 141? the saleswoman answered that it’s because of the TAX!!!!! I demanded a check, where the amount of tax was 6 aed, from the amount of 141. I requested to refund my money back! The saleswoman asked me to come tomorrow. when I started to be indignant she said that she had to go home. in the end, after arguing with me, she gave me back 30 aed with difficulty. realizing that I was a tourist, she tried to CHEAT (!) me. and this is outrageous! moreover, she inflated balloons for me, and when another client came who was buying a bouquet (and I did not take flowers) she gave her my balloons. such places cheating people who are not residents of the country. trying to cash in on them!

I bought an emergency bouquet last Thu 22nd Oct., of very cheap flowers but it was arranged so beautifully that i was so thankful!!! It really looked like it costs more. The girl I gave it to was so happy. Thanks again💕
