This revue about they property calling Q Garden Boutique. While the building itself is nice, I had a negative experience with the management, and as a result, I cannot recommend it. I found the management team to be unprofessional, particularly the individual named Nail. He consistently lied and disregarded my requests, and there were several incomplete tasks in my apartment upon moving in. The cleaning of my apartment was only done after I brought it to their attention, and they have shown a lack of respect towards tenants.
On a positive note, the security team was supportive and provided a sense of safety. However, there are insufficient parking spaces, leading to constant conflicts among tenants. Additionally, the swimming pool area's toilet is frequently closed, inconveniencing residents. Furthermore, I have yet to receive a fire extinguisher, despite multiple requests and the fact that it's a crucial safety measure.
One of the most concerning issues was the management's alteration of my agreement without my consent. They provided false information about parking, claiming that I had agreed to changes that I had not authorized. This unethical behavior is indicative of their poor reputation.
Furthermore, the management started charging AC fees, despite the contract stating that the chiller would be free. They also fail to provide EJARI documentation to tenants and attempt to force them to vacate after one year, likely to capitalize on increasing apartment prices.
Maintenance is a significant concern in this building. Any issues present upon moving in are left unresolved, suggesting a lack of commitment to ensuring a satisfactory living environment.
Considering these factors, I strongly advise potential residents to think twice before choosing this building or purchasing apartments here.
