Very disappointing experience. I have visited this salon many times before and was always happy with the service, but this visit was the worst. There was zero hospitality, and the staff were unattentive and rude. I asked for a specific haircut style, but due to their lack of attention, the haircut was completely spoiled. The assistant Sim did not even know how to properly blow-dry the hair, and her nails were hurting my scalp during the process. When I raised my concern with Jorem, he simply ignored it and blamed my hair curve instead of trying to fix the issue. Such an unprofessional attitude is unacceptable. When I complained at reception, the only response I got was a simple “sorry” with no attempt to resolve the problem. This was definitely my last visit. I would not recommend this salon.

I would like to drop my review about Grace and the entire saloon. They are very friendly and hospitality to all the clients who enters to the saloon. So here i want to recommend Grace who ever visit the saloon for your nails 💅 she will do it in the best way very patiently. Also the hir specialist Choi for colouring my hair .Thank you so much Saloon al rigga ♥️

This salon deserves "0" star, such bad service went to do the eyelash extensions the lady there called Mariam doesn't see properly even with her eye glasses, doesn't know how to put tape properly under the eye, she put excessive glu on the extensions which led to burn my eyes , the glues are so strong and it's even went inside my eyes , I suffered lot of pain beacuse of this , the lady when saw it went wrong she started to cover up the topic and behaving like it's not her fault, The lady called Mariam is so unprofessional , rude , especially the manager at the end still charged me for my pain, burning, itchiness and damaged, what a Shame !! No courtesy and No customer service at all.
