My experience with Sray General Trading was extremely disappointing and stressful. During my tenure, employee salaries were regularly delayed by 2–3 months, despite repeated follow-ups and assurances. This created serious financial and mental pressure on staff. Even during exit, pending salaries for the last 2–3 months were not cleared, and commitments were not honored. The resignation and exit process was handled in a very unprofessional and hostile manner. Employees who wished to leave were not given a smooth or respectful exit. Instead, they were pressured, harassed, and in some cases threatened with false allegations, making the environment intimidating rather than professional. I also personally observed highly unprofessional conduct with suppliers. Payments to suppliers were frequently delayed, and cheques were issued with incorrect or mismatched signatures, which appeared to be a tactic to gain additional time rather than resolve payments properly. This damaged trust and credibility with vendors and reflected poorly on the company’s business ethics. Overall, the management lacks professionalism, transparency, and basic ethical standards toward both employees and suppliers. Based on my experience, I strongly advise job seekers and business partners to be extremely cautious and to ensure all commitments are clearly documented before engaging with this company.
