The service was absolutely terrible. The staff clearly have no idea how to speak to guests. There was a situation where a table was completely free, except that someone had just left their bag on it. We asked to remove the bag so we could sit down, because the table was not occupied. The staff then told me that I had no right to ask for another guest’s bag to be removed — even though the table was free and they were simply using it to store their belongings. We had already ordered food and wanted to sit and eat, which is completely normal. In the end, no one apologized to us. Even after speaking to management, they told us that we were wrong. This entire situation felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. It also strongly felt like racism
