I think this shop owner should have learnt how to treat to customers before open the shop my experience was very bad there and I recommend to don't go waste of money and time I bought dot note 10 in 530 dhiram 4 days ago his worker told me I can change this mobile if you get any issue with in 7 days I told him clearly OK bro If I get any issue I'll come he said ok no problem ill exchange because this mobile is dot mobile and second hand mobile and I trust him then when I went my room I found mic issue voice repeating in other phone and charging issue very slow charge problem then today I got leave and I went there and I met with shop owner and I told him about problem then he called in my mobile and I heard properly sound repeating but he knew that but he told me no problem I told him voice repeating but he told me no repeating did he think I am fool and I heard clearly repeating sound I told him this phone has issue but he treated me not good and I went others shop also for this phone they told me mic issue and charging pot problem and he told me you are doing drama and he told me you can call to police then I realized from his behavior phone has issue he knows everything but he is doing drama and I told him OK don't exchange but repair the phone I bought phone from here 4 days ago and I have 1 month warranty and 7 days exchange warranty he behaved me very bad and he told me I will not do anything and whatever you want to do you can do brother many customers do drama after 2 days that mean many customers not happy from his mobile and I think this person has ego problem if you can't understand customers and make happy Don't open shop 500 dhiram not big deal for me so I left but other people who is earning very hardly he has to respect other people money and learn respect people and customers.
