A complete disaster – avoid at all costs! I took my car to German Experts Car Maintenance for repairs, expecting professionalism and quality service. Instead, I was met with an absolute nightmare. They provided me with a list of repairs and demanded payment upfront. After paying, they kept my car for 10 days, only to return it supposedly "fixed." Yet, within just one day, the same issues reappeared, proving their so-called repairs were either incomplete or outright incompetent. When I returned the car to them, they refused to repair it, ignored my concerns, and stopped answering my calls. This is not just unprofessional—it’s outright negligent and disrespectful. They are an argumentative, untrustworthy business that clearly lacks both skill and integrity. I wasted my time, money, and patience on this horrendous service. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this place. Calling them “experts” is an insult to actual professionals. Shame on them for running such a disgraceful operation!
