It’s almost 3 weeks and AlMasaood haven’t reached out to ask me about my last experience, as they know it won’t be of a pleasant feedback. It’s quite disappointing to have bad experience and a treatment based on only inflated costs. Initially, I had to raise several calls asking for the recovery. Furthermore and once the car has reached them on 18 September, my usual customer care executive contacts me asking to have the car dropped personally, despite that it already reached their service center. When his colleague takes the lead to have the technical team working on the car, she comes back on the 22nd of September highlighting the issues the car has without a clear definition to timeline. Whilst I was the one following up consistently due to the delays encountered, I come to know on the 26 September (9 days having the car at the center with no action) that the car has a major gear problem which will cost me almost 65K+ similarly to buying a new branded car from the showroom???!!!! Again, this is really frustrating being mislead by the customer service along mechanical team in which there is clear poor communication among all. Additionally, taking much longer time to be serviced has been experienced only at AlMasaood I reflect to other companies. Reiterating that this unexpected additional charges and mechanics not being transparent is what triggered me to raise this complaint in which I had to pay AED 3000 just to discharge my car fixing it out. The payment description was simply due to major check to the car which landed 9 days in their center with zero works made. My overall experience has been so poor with total unprofessionalism throughout the customer touch points.
