Worst place to stay and worst company and staff i would say management also but in my experience i don't think there is even management in this company to deal with, if you think you are going to pay and move to new furnished apartment just be prepared to face your worst nightmare, old building with needs to serious major maintenance and barely working appliances. and if you have any issue or you need maintenance then your nightmare is getting started. unfortunately i signed one year contract which luckily will finish soon but during my almost 1 year stay i can count the days without issues with the A/C, fridge, washing machine, electricity, microwave! in short everything. the process for maintenance is very simple you have to report the issue to one person in the building, then you have to call one lady in the office to give the maintenance the greenlight to fix your issue. very simple right? live example, i have a damaged curtain in the bedroom and it was reported to the person in the building and to the incharge lady in the office and it's just pending for last 40 days still unfixed!! i felt the staff and everyone i dealt with is very well trained how to lie and give fouls promises.

Perhaps the worst company, management and staff of any company I have dealt with in my 15 years in the UAE. Four years of suffering in an apartment with many faults, but particularly an air condition system that was pumping high humidity levels into the rooms causing mould to grow everywhere, and ultimately health problems. Month after month of promises to fix the issues which were complete lies. I guess I was the fool who trusted and believed their lies. In the end I gave up and left.... And after suffering for 4 years, paying my rent on time even with management increasing the rent several times unnecessarily, they had the audacity to not return my 5000Dhs deposit until I paid a 73Dhs charge for a burnt light globe! Yes I kept the apartment in better condition than they ever did, and still they found a way to charge me 73Dhs! That is the level of greed and corruption that this company represents. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff, especially the screaming Egyptian woman in the office. Just Visit the office and you will see for yourself the types of people you are dealing with. Absolutely horrible people, a horrible company, and disgusting ethics and management. I hope this is a warning for all to avoid this company no matter what. Do not be fooled like I was. And yet there is still so much more I could have said!
