Your branch manager in salama uaq is very rude when i order for delivery. I am asking for discount and he said no discount but i already had ordered many times before with discount and he raised his voice repeating the word KALAS KALAS KALAS... so many times in loud voice. What kind of customer service you have? You are not treating your customer with respect. Your company is the one giving diacount to personnel in our hospital and when we asked for it he doesnt know??? When in fact i got discount every time i ordered. He has no manners in dealing with me and i feel bad as a customer ordering and spending my money to your product and get treated this way!!!
