I've contacted them and made an order for the first time. It took them 3 days to answer to my order. After it has been confirmed on the app and email. They called me after 3 days later again. And now I spent all day at home waiting for the delivery which was confirmed. I called to call centre. They said already in my territory. After 2 hours waiting I call again call centre. He tells me delivery tomorrow which is every Friday. 2 today's before they said delivery every Thursday. What the he'll is wrong with the company? They like to lose clients ? I REGRET BIG TIME I've signed up and took the deposit bottle. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Although the water is good. But SERVICE AT LOWEST LEVEL. And the funny part. I call them now. Because they recognize my number they don't pick up at all. And not even 6 pm. It says they work until 7pm. I am sure they don't want to hear my complaints that's why they don't pick up. I spent all day on my off day at home to make sure to receive my delivery. If tomorrow the water is not at my house I will make sure your manager receives all the best from me. Most Stupid service !!! From the email you can see it's been confirmed on 13 of June. It got delivered the 19!!!
