Малого того что курс низкий 3.5., так еще комиссии берут. На мониторе заклеивают курс бумагой, пишут от руки и говорят что табло зависло и не работает, хотя в верхнем углу время отображается корректно. На просьбу вернуть валюту и отменить обмен отказывают.

Just now used money transfer services but the counter employee requested mobile phone and informed me to review about the services Then he himself reviewed and returned the phone without informing what was the review How can your employees snacth tge customer's phone and opine on their behalf! Utterly disappointed

I definitely recommend Al Rostamani espicially Dubai Marina Branch. They provide the best services and rates in the market I had an international payment to make and Samer was in charge of my transfer. Samer was professional , prompt to help and reply , explained every step as it happened , kept me informed all the time and updated me with all documents accordingly. I can't thank him enough. I felt safe and looked after, keep it up guys , BRAVO !!!
