Sharing my birth experience which may help other mothers make decisions. Prior to delivery, we had experienced several issues with this hospital. However, I chose to return because of my doctor, who was consistently supportive and ultimately the reason I decided to give birth here. Agreed to induction expecting organized, smooth process, with a prepared labor room, available midwives, and anesthesiologists. But that was not the case. Despite having a scheduled induction, my room was not ready upon arrival. I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes to be admitted, followed by an additional 20 minutes to find an available midwife. During that time, I was left waiting in the hallway on a chair at 40 weeks pregnant. I regret not leaving after that initial experience. There was no prior communication informing me about the delay or lack of room availability. The induction itself was unsuccessful. My epidural only worked for 3 hours. Despite repeated requests to address the issue, the anesthesiologist who did epidural never came back to fix the issue. I later spoke to four other women I know who delivered here, and all of them had failed epidurals, which raises concerns about the quality of anesthetic care. Without effective pain relief, I was unable to rest or sleep between contractions. Eventually, my dilation stopped progressing, likely due to exhaustion and the inability to relax properly. After 26 hours of induction, I was emotionally and physically drained. I remember crying during the process, feeling disappointed and overwhelmed. My baby’s heart rate also showed non-ideal reactions to the induction from time to time. Later my doctor recommended a c-section due to lack of progress, and I agreed. I felt that if I was suffering, my baby might be as well. The c-section was performed well by my doctor. The procedure was safe, and she delivered my baby carefully and professionally, grateful to her. (Rest in the attached documents)

I gave birth to my first child at this clinic in January 2023. My pregnancy was supervised by Dr. Sheila, and the experience was truly wonderful. Three years later, I returned here again — this time from another country — specifically to give birth to my second son at the same clinic and with the same team. I was incredibly lucky to once again be in the caring hands of Dr. Sheila and Dr. Khalid. As always, everything was absolutely outstanding. All the doctors are extremely attentive and genuinely caring. You feel special, supported, and surrounded by warmth — it truly feels like a celebration rather than a medical procedure. My heartfelt thanks to the entire team: all the doctors, nurses, and staff for their exceptional service, kindness, and professionalism. It was such a pleasure to see the doctors again after all these years. The clinic itself has a wonderful atmosphere, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and very good food. This is truly a place where bringing new life into the world feels like a joy. As always, it feels amazing to come back. Thank you for making such an important moment so beautiful and unforgettable.
