Critical: Communication Issue. I joined in gymnasium some months before, I like their facility. Masha Allah looks neat and clean. Am a Muslim, in Ramadan, I don't have time to do workouts, but I paid it's ok. then after eid I requested them to freeze my account for vacation. because am traveling to my country for a one month period . till now I didn't get any positive answer then I requested to cancel my membership. still same " not answering" I fed up with their service. At the last i blocked my credit card, other wise they will take my cash, its like subscription unless they stop from their side automatically system will take your money. So dears Before you join please make sure everything. It's my personal experience. Please check google review you will understand. Thanks.
