They will not disclose the visa process with the employee during signing of the offer letter. They will only disclose it when your employment visa is on process. They are asking for the employee to pay the change visa costs which is against the UAE Labour Law including the air ticket for airport to airport and the overstay penalties. Beware of such kind. Let us all be aware of these types of labour supply companies. Apply at your own risk.
