use this company if u never want to see ur things again. Its been 4 months haven't received stuff. team is irresponsive- has ur cargo ship sunk? Ridiculous service and team. See u in court ;) its insulting to ones ownself how many times we call. Extremely disappointing. U dint have to ship to Antarctica. It was a country just next to u

Stay away of this unprofessional company. Broke my furniture, my car and they issued the insurance who was supposed to cover all the damages 3 weeks after the boat left! and with a false date on the insurance contract! No answers after I complained, no insurance coverage. You will be alone like middle of the desert without water.

Unprofessional staff, they broke one of my living room end table, which is one of the table from set of 3 (Coffee table and end tables). It is expensive set I brought from ID-Design, MOE. They offer me replacement and I’m waiting from last 2 months, no response after they left from my house. Their staff behavior was very bad after they damage as they already sense that I’m not going to pay their balance payment unless they bring replacement or fix it back. They left things all over my house without setting up back as promised. The way they handle entire moving was not at all professional, In last 10 years I have moved 5 times in Dubai, this was the worst experience. I personally not recommend this company to anyone.
