The Koottu Curry Restaurant in Alwarqa treats customers in a biased way. This morning we went to have breakfast, they made us wait for more than 20 minutes, and gave us food that was cold. It was not tasting good. They served the customers who came before us with hot food which I witnessed based on the steam that was coming out but the food they gave us after a long wait was so cold. Why such double standards?????????? We pay the same amount like every other customer. When questioned, either the manager or the person who served us did not reply and stayed MUM. I highly not recommend this restaurant. This was not the first time they treated us like this. Their food is affordable and they take advantage of this as many average earning families visit them. If they lose one customer its not going to make a big difference for them and that is their attitude. "A don't care attitude". Very unpleasant experience.
