Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional Service and Misleading Promises This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Before we purchased the machine, the sales team clearly promised 8 months of free service. However, once the sale was completed, they completely denied this commitment. Both the salesperson and the manager were unhelpful and refused to take any responsibility or make decisions. We urgently needed service and even agreed to pay in advance and start immediately. Despite this, they insisted on a bank transfer receipt — and anyone familiar with UAE banking knows activating a new beneficiary takes hours. They showed no understanding or flexibility despite our situation. Out of frustration, we asked them to take back the machine and charge us for two months' rent — which they also refused. This company clearly lacks professionalism and customer care. Their promises are misleading, and once the sale is done, they wash their hands off any support. I strongly advise others to be cautious and think twice before dealing with them.
